Nonstop Heat began in 2006 as a name to attach to the music made in the newly forged friendship between two Marines. MC Mafia and Dego the Rapper worked together while stationed in San Diego, quickly forming what some might believe was the biggest transforming aspect to a seemingly dying Latin hip-hop scene.

As the pair worked towards releasing project after project, nothing would slow them down. This was especially proven after the label's initial project was released while one half of the team was deployed to Iraq.

With an undying effort, MC Mafia and Dego continued working through deployments and the like, ultimatley releasing several mixtapes and an entirely original album leading up to MC Mafia's seperation from the Corps in 2008. The label now operates out of Miami while Dego maintains a strong presence in California.

In 2010, the newly found group Chicos With Attitude, or C.W.A., featuring MC Mafia and the up-and-coming monster Bugsy, released their debut album to much critical acclaim. Straight Outta Hialeah is an homage to the familiar Straight Outta Compton by the West Coast's N.W.A.. The album brought back a 90's era gangsta rap feel absent from music in recent years.

The crew of three continue to work in the name of Nonstop Heat and are set to release more music this year than ever.

Watch as MC Mafia records a verse for his upcoming album, 90 Millas Hasta La Yuma. The song, titled El Mundo Es Mio (The World Is Mine), is taken from a quote made famous by the Scarface movie character Tony Montana. Combined with a sample from another classic gangster flick, Godfather II, producer Dego provided the background to what is sure to be a classic MC Mafia anthem.
